You do not need expensive software to print your archived pictures. You can quickly and easily print photographs saved to CDs using Microsoft Windows' built-in photo viewer. Print your photos in a variety of standard sizes, such as 5x7 or 8x10, or save waste and print multiple pictures on a single page with the convenient 3.5x5 or wallet size.

Place the photo CD in to the CD-ROM. When the pop-up page appears, select “Open in File” to view the photos on the CD.

Select the photos you want to print by clicking on each one while holding the CTRL key on the keyboard.

Right click on a photo and select “Print.” Select the printer you will use, the size of the paper and the quality of the print you would like.

Select the size of the photo you would like to print from the options in the menu at the right of the print window.

Choose the number of copies you would like to print. Place photo paper in to the printer as directed by the manufacturer and then click “Print.”
