If you recently heard a catchy song on the radio or purchased an MP3 and want to find the words to the song, you can find them online for free. There are many websites that offer song information, including the artist, album name and lyrics. After you find the song title you're interested in, you can view the lyrics to the song.
Enter the URL of a website that has lyrics for songs, such as Song Lyrics or A-Z Lyrics Universe, into your Internet browser.
Enter the title of the song in the search form of the lyrics website and press "Enter." A list of results will open.
Click the song title from the search results. The song lyrics will open in a new page; you can now read the words to the song you were interested in.
Tip
You can also find lyrics to songs by searching by the artist's name. After a list of the artist's albums opens, click a title to search for a song title and view the song lyrics.
If you don't know the name of the song or the artist's name that you want to find song lyrics for, enter a few words from the song in a search engine such as Google or Yahoo to find the song lyrics.
