It’s not easy finding a country western bar in Germany, but with a good map and some driving or commuting time, the nation’s best little honky-tonks are within reach. Germans appreciate country music as well as bluegrass and folk. Since there are so few venues for straight country acts, the chances of catching a good performance are high. The cross-cultural atmosphere in these nightclubs is funny and relaxed, the food is authentically American, and the beer is the best in the world.
