How to Make Pro Wrestling Gear

By Adam Hughes

Ever wanted to hop into the ring with John Cena? Well, after these short and relatively easy steps, you'll be well on your way to becoming the next World Champ!

Gather your fabrics

Once you have decided what type of gear you'd like to wear, whether it's tights or a singlet, gather the pieces of fabric together. Make sure you have your gear, boots and shoulder- or kneepads, depending on whether or not you want to use them.

Set up your sewing machine, along with whatever material you are using for your wrestling gear. Since you have already picked out your gear, now you must slide it through the sewing machine until the pattern you chose is complete.

Raise the needle on the sewing machine to its highest position by turning the handwheel at the right of the machine toward you. Make sure that the needle you are using is the correct size for the fabric you are sewing.

Press on the machine foot pedal and guide the fabric as it is pulled to the back of the machine.

End your stitching by raising the needle to its highest position.

Tip

Make sure the fabric you picked out fits you and is not too small or too big.

Warning

Be very careful when using a sewing machine.
