Decorating is a fun family tradition during the Christmas season. The Marquee Merry-Go-Round is a small, decorative ceramic carousel made by Mr. Christmas, a designer and manufacturer of many ceramic Christmas decorations. The carousel is powered by a miniature motor that sometimes needs servicing. In order to access the motor, the merry-go-round has to to be partially disassembled. It takes approximately 20 minutes to disassemble the Marquee Merry-Go-Round.
Unplug the AC adapter from the carousel and then turn the power button to the off position.
Flip the carousel upside down.
Remove the screws on the bottom of the base and remove the bottom cover.
Unscrew the two screws that hold the small motor in place and remove the motor.
Flip the top lid of the carousel up and unscrew the small screws along the perimeter of the underside. Once the screws are moved, lift the top portion of the carousel up and off.
