Wait until the automated service directs you to press the “6” key, which is associated with the "Stop or Cancel Subscription" option. Then, press “6” on the phone. Speak with the customer service representative and explain that you want to cancel the subscription. Ask for the individual's name and a cancellation confirmation number or code before ending the call.
