Search this serial number online to determine the date of manufacture. Once you know the date of manufacture, search online auction sites such as eBay to see the selling price of that particular model.

According to Love to Know Antiques, two of the most popular Schwinn bicycle models were Black Phantoms and Sting Rays. Black Phantoms are a collectible model because they are hard to find. Sting Rays are recognizable by their raised handlebars and banana seats.
