The Omnitech 8.5 inch digital photo frame is an electronic photo storage and display screen typically surrounded by an inch-wide black frame. A card slot in the back of the frame holds a digital camera's memory card and photos are downloaded to and stored in the frame using the buttons on the frame's back. The Omnitech 8.5 inch digital photo frame provides both single picture display and slide show functions and shows photos off beautifully in a high resolution digital format.
Remove the digital memory card from your digital camera and insert it into the slot on the back of the Omnitech 8.5 inch digital photo fame labeled "SD/MMC/MS/xD."
Plug the A/C power adapter jack into the D/C port on the back of the digital photo frame and plug the A/C adapter into an electrical wall outlet. Wait for the frame to auto-start a slide-show of sample photos.
Press the "Exit" button on the frame back to access the main menu.
Highlight the "Photo" menu option and watch the photos stored on the camera's memory card display within the menu area.
Highlight a photo to copy to the frame's internal memory using the arrow keys. Press and hold the "Exit" button, then use the arrow keys to highlight the "Copy Selected" option. Press "OK" to copy the photo from the camera memory card to the frame.
Repeat Step 5 until all desired photos are copied, or use the arrow keys to highlight a photo then press and hold the up arrow key to place a check mark on that photo. Use the arrow keys to move to the next desired photo and press and hold the up arrow key to place a check mark on the photo. Once all desired photos are marked, press and hold the "Exit" button, then use the arrow keys to select the "Copy Selected" menu option and "OK" to copy the selected photos to the frame's internal memory.
View photos stored in the frame's internal memory by pressing the "Exit" button on the back of the frame. Highlight the "Photo" menu option and press "OK" to display thumbnails of all photos stored in the frame. Use the arrow keys to highlight a photo, then press "OK" to display the photo in full screen format. View a photo slideshow of all stored photos by pressing the "Exit" button on the back of the frame, highlighting the "Photo" menu option and pressing "OK."
Rotate a photo displayed on the screen using the up or down arrow buttons on the back of the frame.
