Cribbage is a card game that is played with a regular 52 card deck in which the jokers are removed. This game can be played with two, three, or four players. We will be looking at the rules for how to play the game with three players. The main idea of this game is to get to a score of 121. Good luck and enjoy playing.

Shuffle the deck.

Decide on a dealer. The dealer deals five cards to each player and then one card to the dealer's crib.

Discard one card from each player to the crib.

Play begins with the player to the left of the dealer.

Place cards face up on the table one at a time.

Continue playing in a clockwise manner.

Announce the value of the cards added together as the card is placed on the table.

Call out "go" when play cannot continue because the cumulative value would go over 31. The two players who are not the dealer must play as many cards as they can at this point.

Score the game in the following way: the player to the left of the dealer goes first, then the other non-dealer player goes, then the dealer and finally the dealer's crib.
