Children can spend hours making shapes and projects out of playdough. Instead of purchasing playdough from the store, however, you can make the clay at home. Homemade playdough is easy to make and nontoxic.
Things You'll Need
- 1 Tablespoon Cream Of Tartar
- 2 Tablespoons Of Vegetable Oil
- Pan
- 1 Cup Of Salt
- 2 Cups Of Water
- 2 Cups Of Flour
- Wooden Spoon
- Food Coloring (Optional)
Combine all the ingredients into your pan.
Stir the ingredients over low heat until your playdough clumps. Remove from heat.
Separate your playdough into balls. Poke a hole in each one and add the desired food coloring for each. Knead the color into the playdough.
Enjoy!
