Atlanta offers a large selection of nightlife and it's hard to make a decision where to go. Bring proof you are 18 or older and party with locals and tourists alike at any of these night clubs.
The Mark Ultralounge
Michael Hileman and Brandon Lewis have brought the "chic hotel bar" known in larger cities to Atlanta, minus the hotel, by offering The Mark Ultralounge. Come expecting to hear funk, trance, hip-hop, house and many other types of music. While Jonathan Edwards, Jonathan Allyn, and DJ Cozy Shawn are there regularly, a few underground DJ's are hosted at The Mark as well. You may find Dimitri, Grandmaster Flash, Doc Martin or Afrika Bambataa mixing the sounds when you visit.

Johnny's Hideaway
At Johnny's Hideaway, you'll be taking a step back into the past. A part of the Atlanta scene since 1979, the club offers the "Sinatra Room" as well as the "King's Corner." Listen to music from the 50's to today, from disco to shag, while you dine or dance the night away. Come prepared to make your requests on All-Request Mondays and enjoy Ladies Night every Wednesday. Check the online schedule of live talent to catch an up-and-coming band or a local favorite.

Tongue and Groove
Owners Michael Krohngold and Scott Strumlauf had a setback when developers demolished Tongue and Groove in 2007, but they've made it even better in its new location. Enter through the lounge and take in the gorgeous staircases that lead to the VIP section upstairs. Step into the Champagne Room to relax in snakeskin seats surrounded by diamond-tufted walls. Weekends offer DJ's mixing the Top 100 and Wednesdays feature the best Latin Night in the area.
